If you folks had 10 stars available, I would click #10. This lady doesn't overstate anything. She's very pleasant to spend time with. The moment I made a decision on a condo, she turned the dining table into an office and typed up a contract. She kept me informed every step of the process by phone, texts and emails, which was important because I'm in Sacramento. The morning I left Sacramento for St. Pete, Brenda sent me a listing that I viewed as being too special and too far below market value to still be available. It's possible that it was available by the luck of the draw, but I'm inclined to think it was Brenda's skill in finding it the day it was listed.
